Timeline Backups Notifications
For greater clarity and reassurance when performing Snapshot Restores, you’ll now be notified through My20i when a restoration is queued and when restorations are completed.
This quality-of-life update was actioned in response to customer feedback. If you have any suggestions for how we can improve our services, please let us know!

Customers can now increase their Cloud Server specs, and upgrade to Timeline Backups Pro through custom storefronts using the API.

Our award-winning Customer Support Team can diagnose problems more quickly thanks to a handy new update to our Live Chat: you can now copy and use right-click to paste screenshots directly into the chat to show us what you’re seeing, and swiftly guide our agents towards solutions.
Bulk Update Card Renewal
Moving renewals over to a new credit/debit card is easier than ever thanks to our new Bulk actions feature.
Once you’ve added your new card details to My20i, go to ‘Manage Renewals’ and use the checkboxes to select the products and services you’d like to move over to your new card. Then, from the ‘Bulk actions’ dropdown menu, select ‘Edit Payment Method’, and choose your new card.
