HostShop 3 is here!

HostShop 3 is Here!

We’re excited to announce the release of HostShop 3

HostShop makes it easy to start your own web hosting business with automatic provisioning and simple customer management. Plus there are no licence fees or limits – and it’s always free!

HostShop 3’s enhancements are the result of extensive work, driven by invaluable feedback from our customers.

Packed with new features and improved functionality, this update is designed to elevate your experience like never before.

HostShop Checkout Configurator

Customising the checkout experience just got easier!

Our new drag-and-drop Checkout Configurator lets you personalise layouts, add banners and testimonials and incorporate dynamic fields like dropdowns and date pickers.

This isn’t just about aesthetics it’s about helping you drive revenue through HostShop with features like dynamic cross-selling functionality, social proof and more.

Rebuilt Product Catalogue

The Product Catalogue is the core of HostShop. We’ve rebuilt it from scratch to make it faster, more intuitive, and packed with customisation options.

Easily manage all your products and categories from one centralised view. Each product now has its own page for easier management – not to mention added function.

StackCP User Management Overhaul

We’ve overhauled the StackCP User Management UI from the ground up. The new design simplifies user administration, saving you time.

Options are logically grouped to improve access to important actions, as well as improve overall performance.

Cloud Server Renewal Report

For our Resellers selling Cloud Servers via HostShop, this new report tracks renewal statuses across HostShop and My20i.

This update will give you more confidence in selling Cloud Servers through HostShop.

You’ll now be able to easily check which servers are due for renewal and when, while also seeing exactly how much markup you’re making on each renewal.

This added visibility makes managing your sales and revenue even simpler!

Central Email Notification Logs

We’ve added a new page under “Reports,” giving you full visibility into all HostShop email activity in one, easy-to-navigate, place.

Message Centre Enhancements

Resellers can now target specific customer segments with precision messaging.

Whether you’re upselling premium plans or announcing new features, this update makes the Message Centre an even more powerful tool, giving you more ways to engage with your customers effectively.

Other updates include:

  • Flexible Renewals: You can now change renewal periods directly from the customer card, so no more cancelling and re-adding contracts.
  • Product Images: You can now add visuals to the Product Catalogue which then will be shown in StackCP.
  • Custom Category URLs: Define your own URL slugs for categories, replacing random strings with SEO-friendly, memorable links. i.e., instead of /pccategory?id=5 use /my-great-products.
  • Code-Based Verification: StackCP Users can be sent a code in order to verify their account, instead of link base verification.

Summary

These updates are all about giving you more control, better insights and a smoother experience in HostShop.

From improved user management to enhanced checkout customisation and smarter renewal tracking, we’re making it easier than ever to grow your business and engage your customers.

We can’t wait for you to explore these new features, let us know what you think! 🚀

  • Would love to see more transparency on features being considered for development and roadmap.

Also more functionality on hostshop account management, more conditional logic for discounts and overall improved functionality. Im sending the same feedback in several times a week to get try and get more of it noticed as I have my reservations that nothing gets read, despite being told it does. Plus support staff say to leave feedback so it’s a copy and paste every couple of days of the same things.

Improved themes has been something I’ve also asked for in the past and told it’s been passed on, yet there still isn’t anything. Not trying to be difficult or negative, but only seems things get noticed and actioned when in the public domain.

    • Hi Tim, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and understand how important transparency and improved functionality are to you. Your feedback is valuable to us, and I want to assure you that it is being read and considered 🙂

  • Would love to see some changes to the default themes available or to the available customization options, so that we can improve how our websites would look.
