No, there are no special restrictions. Provided that you’re over the age of 18, anyone can register an .org.uk domain name.
Will I get a free year for transferring a .org.uk domain?
You won’t lose any time already paid for on your .org.uk domain by transferring to 20i and once the domain transfer has completed you’ll get an additional year applied for free!
How do I transfer my .org.uk domain?

Should I register other versions of my domain name?

For example, if you had the yourtrust.org.uk web address, a competitor or criminal could buy yourtrust.co.uk. They could use it scam your donors. If your organisation is likely to grow and/or be around for a long time, it’s definitely worth protecting your name by buying other versions, which can then be redirected to your genuine site.
Should I get an .org.uk domain or a .org one?
This really depends on how far your organisation casts its net. If you operate solely in the UK, then .org.uk would be the way to go.
