Reseller Hosting contract buy-out FAQs
What information do I need to provide?
In order to process whether you are eligible for our reseller hosting buy-out we will need the name of your current reseller host, the amount of time left on your current contract, how much you have remaining to pay and your most recent invoice.
How soon can you buy out my contract?
We will review your eligibility during business hours , from Monday to Friday GMT. We aim to respond to all applications within 24 – 36 hours.
How is the buy out amount calculated?
We consider the amount of money and time left on your current reseller hosting contract. The value remaining of your current hosting contract will be applied as credit to your new 20i reseller hosting (up to a value of $200). Credit is applied once your 20i service has been active for 30 days and you have migrated packages in.
Can I choose a monthly contract with 20i if I am currently on a longer contract?
Yes you can, but If you want to pay monthly with 20i, and you’re currently on an longer term contract with another host, we will pay the equiv. of 1 month in credit from your current contract.
